Arturo Marrero, President
Arturo (Art) Marrero, as the principal developer of many projects including Majestic Cove, Harbor Beach & Marina, The Homes of Ocean Reef and many others, Arturo Marrero prides himself in innovative concepts as well as superior quality and craftsmanship. The success of his firms and the timeless elegance of his projects are founded upon a commitment to uncompromising work ethics. This commitment speaks for itself with a legacy spanning a quarter century of hard work and dedication including several awards and recognition. During the course of his career, he has amassed vast knowledge and experience in the field real estate development and management. He has been involved in commercial office and warehouse projects, multi-million dollar custom home developments, and residential condominium construction including vacation home residences. He has received numerous awards, including Florida’s BEST Platinum for Builders Overall Product, Architecture, and Interior Design from the Builder’s Association of South Florida. Mr. Marrero is a hands-on leader, actively involved in both the building industry and the community.
 
Lee Marrero, CEO
Lee Marrero is a graduate from Florida International University in 1985 with a Bachelor in Business Administration and Management Information Systems. Lee has a vast experience in real estate acquisitions, asset management and maintenance, asset rehab, insurance restoration and construction and is the Founder and President of B.C. Restoration. In addition Lysander was the founder and owner of Builders Choice of South Florida (BCSF) later converted to BC Restoration. BCSF specialized in residential and commercial property renovations, condo conversions, turnkey construction and obtained contracts to renovate multifamily complexes. BCSF renovated thousands of units in the State of Florida. Lee also has experience in Accounting / Finance / Real Estate Management. Expert in the several accounting software programs and has experience producing financial reports, projections and budgets, accounting procedures, job costing, estimating, construction budgeting. As a real estate investor, Lee has managed properties throughout Florida and has been involved in over 100 real estate transactions, has experience in bank lending practices and financing, knowledge in preparation of legal binding contacts for real estate, employment, partner agreements, independent contractor agreements, property leases, etc.
Lee’s vast experience with project management, building construction, construction management and coordination, permitting and documentation preparation, land acquisition, development to final sales, ability to multitask and manage several job sites, set up chain of command in construction sites, construction on site problem solving and solutions makes him a strong leader in this endeavor.
 
Huffman Trusty, VP of Construction
Huff has over 20 years of Construction Management Experience and Field Knowledge gathered from a wide spectrum of the industry such as project management of numerous Disney World and Universal Studios Hotels and Theme Park Construction project , to breaking ground and completion of 19 high rises ranging from 22 floors & up since 1998. Additionally, Huffman was the Senior Project Manager of Construction for  one of the tallest buildings in Florida, The Four Seasons Hotel, 789 ft, 70 floors.
Huffman manages all day to day field activities on all current projects as well as provides expertise on all estimating and new business development. His vast experience includes concrete restoration of multi story residential and commercial buildings as well as the completion of several 50+ story residential towers which involved the supervision of 450+ workers and overseeing the projects from bid forum, initial negations, to project award, through pre-con, project production, and on to final retainage closeout, thus supervising all construction activities, including method of construction, manpower levels, equipment utilization, etc.
Huffman maintains the project management teams to ensure & verify on compliance of drawings, specs, and schedule; as well as procure all change orders, and approve all purchasing. Huffman has been involved in the construction of projects in Miami such as: The Jade, Park Place, Carbonell, Asia, The Onyx, Star Lofts, Gables Marquee, River Oaks and Pacific to name a few. With his surpassed experience, Huffman, received two Golden Trowel Awards from Baker Concrete Construction for the flattest floor in the United States as per FF&FL readings 1998 & 1999. 
 
Alejandro Leon, VP of Concrete Restoration

Albert “Jay” Rourke, VP of Monroe County Projects
Jay is an accomplished professional with demonstrated expertise in the areas of operations, finance and staff management within the commercial, residential, industrial, retail land development and construction sectors. He is a licensed certified general contractor and real estate broker. He is results-oriented with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and teams simultaneously, coupled with the skill to effectively manage staff of all levels and diverse backgrounds. Under the direction of Jay, the group has been able to expand into the construction of large commercial buildings in the public sector, primarily in the Homestead Air Force Base. As a result of his extensive experience in contract negotiations, vendor sourcing, and finance planning strategies at the base, he is a leading member of the Military Affairs Committee. In addition, he was inducted into the Honorary Committee of the 482nd Fighter Wing Engineering Group.
 
Pablo R. Garcia, C.E.
Civil Engineering is the backbone of any successful construction company. Licensed as a Professional Engineer as well as a certified general contractor, Pablo understands the development approval process critical to success. So is his familiarity with the highly technical issues and state-of-the-art computer based tools that are essential to modern civil engineering. Pablo's experience in taking a project through planning and zoning, preliminary design, mapping/platting and ultimately to the final design stage where the project is ready for construction is second to none. He provides construction support through plan clarification and field coordination as well as knowledge in value engineering. His experience in the construction of water, sewer, paving and drainage projects has helped the company succeed in the public sector.
